There comes a moment in every woman's life when she realises... this version of success was never really hers.
I spent years checking all the boxes: the perfect career, cute house, beautiful friends... A high school teacher constantly striving, giving more, smiling through exhaustion, hovering between who I thought I needed to be and who I thought I could be.
Until grief shattered everything and I has to ask myself a question:
What if this life isn't for me?
My journey back home to myself wasn't a quick fix but a slow, messy return. I discovered that what women truly crave isn't more achievement: it's permission to feel, to create something meaningful, to honour our own intuitive wisdom, and to be deeply loved for who we are.
Now I guide other high-achieving women who are disconnected from themselves to regulate their nervous systems, emotions, and reconnect with their own energy by guiding them through feminine embodiment, nervous system regulation, and energetic healing, so that they can feel confident, deeply fulfilled, and fully alive in every area of their life.
